This blend is the expression of an exceptional manual harvest. Fresh white with golden color, it was born out of a 21 day fermentation at controlled temperature; with notes of tropical fruits typical of Chardonnay, and mellow notes, typical of Viognier.
With a balanced flavor in mouth and noticeable body, it is ideal to enjoy with fish, white meats, cheese and cream based pasta.
